About Me

I am a Certified NASM Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in fitness coaching, functional training, and physical conditioning. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, combining scientific knowledge with hands-on expertise to deliver effective and sustainable results.

I specialize in weight loss, powerlifting, functional training, muscle hypertrophy, endurance, and strength development. My approach focuses on creating personalized fitness programs that motivate and challenge clients while promoting balance, discipline, and long-term success.

Whether through in-person sessions or online coaching, my mission is to help every client build confidence, strength, and a healthier lifestyle.

 Professional Overview

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness and sports industries, along with hands-on experience in business management, I have developed a comprehensive skill set in personal training, injury prevention, sports performance, and operations management. My background reflects a balance of practical expertise, leadership, and a passion for helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.

From 2010 to 2019, I worked as a Personal Trainer at Health Fitness in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where I designed personalized fitness programs tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals. Whether enhancing athletic performance, supporting injury recovery, or improving overall wellness, I applied science-based methods that ensured safety, effectiveness, and long-term results.

Previously, as a Personal Trainer at Perfect Form (2008–2010), I helped clients achieve their fitness objectives through customized training plans that emphasized strength development, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. This role deepened my understanding of motivation, accountability, and the importance of individualized support in achieving lasting transformation.

My journey began as a Coach at Minas Radical Sport Adventures (2007–2008), where I led outdoor sports and adventure activities that encouraged teamwork, resilience, and a love for movement. This experience strengthened my leadership and communication skills while fostering my ability to motivate individuals in diverse and dynamic environments.

Beyond the fitness field, I also contributed to my family business, gaining valuable experience in operations, customer service, and management. This experience enhanced my adaptability, organizational skills, and understanding of effective client relationships and resource management.

Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to improving health and wellness through evidence-based training, personalized coaching, and holistic fitness strategies. My diverse background in both fitness and business equips me to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and drive meaningful, long-term success for clients and organizations alike.
